The Snowball Effect is a juried exhibition hosted by The Firefly Artists that celebrates winter inspired art and the creative process we as artists go through to bring our visions to life. The definition for the term reads: a process that starts small and gains momentum over a period of time to become huge eventually. We invite you to share your wintertime inspired works and would love to learn about the spark of inspiration and the process of your journey. So whether it is a poem, or a childhood memory, a view from your window when the sun is low in the sky and the shadows are long we would like to learn about it. We welcome you write a paragraph or share an early sketch for each pie
