Fair Media Council to Host Crisis Management Master Class
When things go awry, the most important thing is how we respond. Trust is hard to build and easy to break. No matter what the truth is, public perception is huge. Managing that effectively is an important skill set, especially for those giving it their best to serve the common good.
This class is made for PR and communications professionals, executives, nonprofit leadership…basically anyone with a public image to protect.
You can get a full explanation on why you should attend here. Basically, The Fair Media Council aims to empower you to be cool, calm and collected when stuff hits the fan. They’re offering this crisis management class to help you zero in on key issues, respond to the media, and create a comprehensive action plan to mitigate the damage and protect your brand. The class will speak on various crises organizations experience and offer workshop activities to reinforce what is learned.
A continental breakfast will be provided.
